Concession/Pension Card Holders

Queensland Transport regulations require that all Queensland Pension Concession Card holders produce their concession card upon purchase of ticket and prior to collection and/or clicking of ticket whilst travelling on the waterbus. Only Queensland PCC holders are entitled to the discounted fare. Under the current BITS/Queensland Transport contract, Interstate concession cardholders do not qualify for the discounted fare. Only the concession cardholder is entitled to the concession fare, not his/her dependents/partner listed on their card. Each member listed on the concession card must have their own card to qualify for a discounted fare. Failure to produce a valid concession card will result in a full monetary fare being charged. ( Concession cards cannot be double clicked as payment for full fare and are not to be used to pay for children ) Seniors Card, Veterans Affairs and Centrelink PCC are valid cards and will be honoured. Seniors Business Cards and Health Care cards are not valid concession cards and will not be accepted.

Monday to Friday: 7.00am to 6.45pm
Weekends & Public Holidays: 7.00am to 5.00pm

The Ticket Office has EPTPOS and Credit Card facilities.

All Return trip tickets and Discounted Multi Tickets can be purchased from the Ticket Office. One Way fares can be purchased from the deck hand on board the vessel.
